Everything was spot on , loved the pools and private beach !

Overall, ok, but with some caveats
The resort has a very good structure for kids and adults. There's plenty of food and drinks and activities throughout the day. Staff is very polite and friendly, save for some punctual interactions.
There where, though, things that were not nice or even stressful throughout our stay. During check-in, Amex/American Express cards were not accepted, despite the resort's information clearly stating it was. We were in a group of 20 people and many people expected to pay with American Express. This was stressful for some couple as the hotel's official position was that "stay has to be promptly paid during checkin". At 2 in the morning, you just want a bed. Some of my friends didn't have towels in their bathrooms. The girls where also abruptly woken up at 8h30 in the morning, despite the "do not disturb" sign outside. Our general observation was that women staying on their own were not as respected as families. The food was good, but a bit on the "too fatty" side. Variety was also an issue. There were soft drinks and juices available, but juices were usually not from fruits and too sweet. When we needed to interact with the front desk, we also felt they were a bit too pushy when discussing activities around. Overall, I recommend it, but I think there's many small things that need to be improved. The Amex experience was inexcusable and could easily put unplanned strain on some of my friends.
