    Close to everything in Yamba. Nice villa showing its age but comfortable.

    Comfortable beds.

    Bathroom was a bit small. Wifi was flaky.

    Unfortunately won’t return or recommend this venue.

    The extra blankets came in handy with the wet weather.

    The swimming pool was closed until mid day the following day, the swim up bar wasn’t open until late sunday afternoon I got told however no text was sent stating it was now open. The villa floors were not clean at all and I would have liked to see more activities on for the kids since it was raining.

    Loved it and would return

    We loved the waterside cabin. It was so clean and spacious and new. However we found little ants all over the beds and kitchen counter on second day. pool areas and amentities were great for kids and location excellent.

    ants problem. bar pool looked a bit dirty
