Worth the stay just for the hosts
The hosts were incredible - accommodating and kind. Elephantine is a very unique place, our room was large and even had a steamer for clothes. If you are AT ALL interested in birds, take the boat tour. It was a great way to spend a couple of hours.
It's at the bottom of Elephantine and there isn't much else around there. The building has 2 hotels in it, and the owner of the other one was...less than pleasant...when we ran into him on the rooftop. The bathroom for our room wasn't in the room, a small inconvenience, but worth noting!

島の落ち着いたエリアに泊まれる！素敵な屋上テラス、美味しい朝食。
オーナー夫婦は最初からとても親切だったのですが、チェックアウト時に、払ったはずの品物の代金を払っていないと言われ、払ったことを説明したら旦那さんは機嫌が悪かったのか奥さん諸共怒鳴られました。
