Experiencia genial
Atención de la señora que permanece en el sitio excelente
No es grave pero seria bueno tener una opción de parqueo, en mi caso lo hubo, pero si el hotel esta lleno se deben quedar en la calle los vehículos

Bad Experience
I am a loyal guest of Nuestra Casa Hotel. For several years, my family and I have enjoyed staying at your property in San Juan del Sur, always feeling as if we were in our own home. On May 30, 31, and June 1, I stayed at Nuestra Casa Hotel together with my wife and some relatives. Unfortunately, during our stay, we became victims of theft. Our vehicles, which were parked directly in front of the hotel and beneath the area where the security cameras are installed, were broken into, and several external accessories were stolen. One of the services promoted by the hotel is vehicle security. Although the hotel does not have an internal parking area, guests are informed that there is a security camera system and a security guard on duty during nighttime hours. However, in this case, those security measures failed, and both of our vehicles were affected. Personally, I discovered the theft at approximately 5:30 a.m. on June 1 while my wife and I were leaving for a walk on the beach. The security guard had not noticed that the theft had occurred. When I informed the guard about the incident, he stated that the camera system had not been recording due to a power outage. However, there had been electricity available in the hotel rooms throughout the night. When Mrs. Aracelis arrived at the hotel around 8:00 a.m., I informed her of the situation. She kindly notified Casa Oro, and it was not until approximately 11:15 a.m. that Mr. Carlos arrived at Nuestra Casa to review the video footage that I had requested in order to identify the perpetrators and provide evidence to the police for a formal report. However, it was later discovered that the cameras had been turned off only a few minutes after we returned to our rooms at approximately 10:30 p.m. on May 31, and they were not turned back on until 5:30 a.m. on June 1, after I had informed the security guard of the theft. I would greatly appreciate your opinion and comments regarding this unfortunate situation.
