The person in charge was answering every call but when you were on vacation and they want to come in and do repairs, it’
I loved the Lagoon, it really is AMAZING. The outdoor grounds once you enter parking structure is nice. Outside of apartments it is a bit ghetto.
The apartment had to many things that needed to get fixed, first the air conditioner remotes had dead batteries so we couldn’t turn any of them on, then one of the air conditioners in the bedroom was leaking on the headboard so it was splashing us with water while we slept. Both showerheads had so much sar that water wouldn’t come out. And the water heater was off so we were only getting cold water, then the blind in the kitchen was completely broken, when we tried to pull the blind up, it all collapsed so then the entire vacation everybody could see through our window, and lastly, the bedrooms had a great view, but all of them had huge exes with like tape or paint on them so it would mess up the entire view.

Great lagoon pools. Good for one night stay between flights.

Needed to message host before arrival for checkin access information etc. It didn’t come proactively or automatically the days before arrival as the normal booking process. Also no cooking pots or appliances to do your own meals if staying for longer period. The hot water in showers are an issue, the ensuite doesn’t work at all. The other bathroom shower did get warm sometimes but very luck based and patience

Great for the lagoon and safe parking if traveling with a car rental
The pool is amazing and definitely a huge plus if traveling with kids ,they also have their own kayak so you don’t have to rent one it’s great ,beds are big and comfortable and the ac works well
Only problem was the hot water not working well so mostly had to shower with cold water
