    Good apartment and location, but persistent cigarette smoke odor without resolution impacted stay

    Good apartment overall, with an excellent location in Los Boliches. The communal pool was a great feature. Rosa, the host, was very responsive, clear and accommodating throughout our stay. Rosa acknowledged the smoke odor and made a considerable effort to address it, arranging extensive additional cleaning.

    Unfortunately, there was a persistent cigarette smoke odor in the apartment from the beginning of our six-night stay. The apartment is advertised as non-smoking, and we reported the issue immediately. The odor was acknowledged by Rosa, the host. Despite the extensive additional cleaning, the smoke odor remained. The odor had a significant impact on our enjoyment and use of the apartment, and we spent less time inside than we normally would have. We were extremely disappointed with how the matter was ultimately resolved. Despite our efforts to resolve the problem directly and Rosa's genuine attempts to address the odor, the owner did not agree to provide reimbursement for the current stay, and the matter eventually had to be referred to Booking.com.

    Good

    We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, ideally located just a short walk from the beach, which was a huge plus. The apartment is very clean, well-arranged, and functional, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was also a great advantage, especially during the hot days. The on-site parking was a real bonus, making our arrival and getting around the city hassle-free. The pool is fantastic, with hours until 10 PM, allowing us to relax after a day at the beach. A big thank you to Rosa, the host, for her warm welcome and kindness. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to return very soon!

    La cercanía de la playa y los comercios de la zona. Todo muy limpio.

    El apartamento era más bien oscuro, pero tenía muchos focos que lo facilitaban todo.
