The location is excellent, many places can be visited on the sand. The metro station is a few minutes' walk away, the connection is great. Everything in the apartment is new, the living room is all glass, the view is great.

The balcony door in the living room cannot be closed all the way, which leaves you exposed to noise from the outside. The mattress in the bedroom collapsed in the middle and because of that sleeping was a bit difficult.
