Не рекомендую перебування , власнику необхідно налагодити комунікацію і оновити помешкання
По фото все було гарним, наявна кухня, пралка, миючі засоби
Відсутність комунікації з власником Повідомлення в букінгу відсутні На телефон не відповідає На пошту / вотсап теж Вся квартира була дуже в зношеному стані, стіни плінтуси На диван сісти не можливо він провалюється Гаряча і холодна вода була відсутня 70% часу Ми не могли потрапити в сам будинок з годину поки не подзвонили всім сусідам Жахливий запах у підʼїзді , каналізація Фен згорівший, мене вдарило струмом коли я його увімкнула пароль до вайфай ми так і не отримали а на листочку від руки написаний не розгадали

Très bon emplacement dans un quartier calme
La propreté, la terrasse, l'emplacement, arrêt de bus à 1mn à pied, commerces, restaurants et cafés à proximité.
L'insonorisation, on entend la tv du voisin. Le bruit des conduits d’eau, quand on utilise l'eau.

Hôte très gentil et à l’écoute, séjour agréable
Le balcon, le lave vaisselle et la machine à laver sont des vrais atouts de l’appartement.
Les fournitures sont pas stables ou cassés, ça se voit que c’est pas de la qualité( canapé , table, lit)

A cozy apartment with almost everything you need
The apartment was very clean. There was an iron and a fan, and a small kitchen with an electric stove. The bed was comfortable. The shower was working very well. Also there were some tasty things for breakfast.
There is no hot water in the kitchen, but there is a dishwasher. And for me it wasn’t easy to use coffee machine Nespresso, 2 capsules I had to throw because they were ruined by the machine. I would also prefer to have a lid for a frying pan and small cups for coffee. But all these things are trifles.

La posizione fuori dal centro ma comoda con la metro.
Bisognerebbe aggiungere delle stoviglie in cucina, tipo pentole.il bagno sarebbe un po' piccolo con un lavabo minuscolo che si bagna dappertutto.CAMBIATE il divano che è sfondato, per il resto bene
