Lovely stay in the heart of Florence.
Modern, clean and well equipped apartment with excellent communication before and during our stay. Location is exceptional and within a 10 minute walk of nearly everything you’d want to experience in Florence. The main train station and car rental agencies are also conveniently close. Had a fantastic stay and luggage storage lockers were super convenient to use after checkout.
The stairs are steep and narrow (which is understandable and the norm in that area), the elevator is also extremely tiny. We could only fit one large suitcase at a time. With a baby and travel stroller, it was a bit of a circus getting to the room after our crazy day of travel as you also need to walk up the stairs to press the button on the floor you want the elevator to go to after loading it. Just something they could explain upfront.

Great value for money, great location, upscale rooms.
Very nice room, you feel like you are in an upscale establishment when you are inside your room. Everything is very modern and functional and looks new. I never saw any staff as communication was all via WhatsApp which worked well for me.
It is an old palazzio so as you should expect the stairwell is a bit narrow and the lift is tiny. There is no breakfast in the hotel itself, what they advertise as hotel breakfast is a cafe a couple blocks away. There are closer cafes too. Not a problem but might confuse people.
