    Pallazzo San Nicolo is a beautiful ancient building with all the modern facilities, I loved the restaurant inside and breakfast was absolutely delicious, the rooms were comfortable and the location was great, I walked to some of the places of interest easily and feeling secure

    Due to the old nature of the building there is no elevator and even though it just 3 stories, stairs are steep and long and I had heavy luggage, findinyhelp was not easy because this is a "self serve"' hotel, also we extended our stay and they changed our room 3 times, now I know literally the entire hotel and moving the bags up and down was a challenge because sometimes no one was available but a very kind employee helped when he could. Also the hotel is located in a street that gets very loud at night with tourists buy they provide excellent earplugs, if you have tour own, bring them

    Spectacular, romantic, and the perfect place to stay

    Numa’s Palazzo, San Niccolo from the moment we got there was amazing. The overall charm, history, location was wonderful.

    The property was like a small oasis in one of the quieter, neighborhood feeling areas in Florence. Out the door and it was only a block and a half to the Arno river, five minutes to Ponte, Vecchio, and right across the river Santo Croce. Mornings right up the hill to the secret Rose Garden and Terrazza Michelangelo. The best. Location, location, location.
