  The constant restaurant noise and general condition of the place makes it difficult to recommend

  The location is right on the beach, so that's nice. The apartment itself is quite large and has a cozy feel.

  The worst thing about the place is that is sits immediately above a restaurant. Every morning, as the staff prepares to open you can hear chairs being dragged across the floor. It's quite loud and woke us up every time. Because the restaurant operates until late, the same noises can be heard at 12 - 1AM when the restaurant closes. In addition to that, the place is not taken care of and its condition is nothing like what's being advertised in the pictures. - The place feels old and not taken care of. The walls and ceiling are dirty and full of yellow stains. - The kitchen extraction isn't working and literally fell off upon touching it. - The place is in a general state of disrepair and needs some TLC from the owner to justify what they're charging for it. You can find much better value for money elsewhere.

  Fantastischer Ausblick vom Balkon direkt aufs Meer. Aufzug im Haus, sehr nette Vermieter, die sich sofort um ein Problem mit dem Waschbecken gekümmert haben. Ausreichende Küchenausstattung. Hervorragende Lage. Hübsche, freundliche und gemütliche Einrichtung. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Als Alleinreisende habe ich mich sicher gefühlt. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants sind fußläufig in sehr kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Ebenso ÖPNV (Guagas). Balkon ist sehr klein, aber reicht für einen gemütlichen Abend zu zweit oder Work&Travel. Restaurants direkt unter der Wohnung sind kaum spürbar, weder unangenehme Gerüche noch übermäßiger Lärm. Ich komme gerne wieder.

  Man sieht an den Decken, Wänden und Fenstergriffen aus Metall, dass das Haus direkt am Meer liegt. (Feuchtigkeitsflecken und Rost); aber man kann auch nicht alles haben - Frontlage am Wasser und trockene Luft. Es hat mich nicht weiter gestört, sah halt nicht so frisch aus. Nichts gravierendes. Daher aber nur 9 von 10 Punkten. Außerdem geht die Toilettentür nur schwer zu; wenn 2 Personen oder mehr in der Wohnung leben, dann könnte das lästig sein.
