    Good location and space for group

    Towels were a bit tired and felt a bit cheap for the price of the property. Stepping across a hedge to step on the first step is a little odd and could be a hazard for some people.

    Lovely place warm and cosy, would book it again

    The beds and heating are great in the winter and the privacy the hedges provide is really nice even though there are quite a few houses close together. You feel like you are alone in the space

    The wooden deck forms ice in the winter and is VERY slippery. I slipped and fractured my ankle on the black ice on the deck. Adding some grip of some sort would help prevent this in the mornings before the sun hits the deck.

    Fabulous property for girls weekend away.

    Lovely property, very well appointed, v clean, ample parking.

    Bedrooms were cold as only heating in lounge and hallway

    Loved our second stay at Number 35!

    Lovely house in a great spot, been there before and we'd love to go back at some point. Nice open plan and a bonus was the extra firewood on site! Clean and tidy and perfect for a family getaway

    Potentially cutting back the trees at the back of the property as in bad weather they scrape against the house and windows. Minor complaint though!
