    The location was great as we were at a wedding just up the road. The property size and parking were great for a bigger group.

    The house was freezing cold when we arrived, we tried turning the heating up but it still didn’t warm up to what would have been a comfortable heat. The shower didn’t work in the main bathroom and the water didn’t get hot enough for a bath either which isn’t ideal when sharing. It looks like the house needs a little TLC, there are part finished diy jobs which didn’t bother us too much as we were just there to sleep really but I wouldn’t have been impressed if we were staying longer. There were a few cobwebs all over which again not a huge problem but I don’t expect that at home so wouldn’t expect it here either. The house is just tired and needs some TLC but was ok for a bed for the night, wouldn’t want to be staying any longer.
