    schöner Aufenthalt in sehr gut ausgestattetem Ferienhaus

    Das Ferienhaus Nunes Praia ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt an einer zentralen Einfahrtsstraße ins Stadtzentrum bzw. zum Strand. Unsere Gastgeberin Lìgia war sehr freundlich und hat uns alle erforderlichen Informationen zum Haus und dem Parken vorab zur Verfügung gestellt. Lìgia hat uns lokalen Käse, Wein und lokale Süßigkeiten vorbeigebracht, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben.

    Leider roch es im gesamten Haus, insbesondere im Erdgeschoss und aus den Küchenschränken sehr muffig. Selbst mit intensiven Lüften und Verwendung der Klimaanlage haben wir den Geruch nicht vollständig beseitigt bekommen. Das Haus liegt in der Einflugschneise zum nahegelegenen Flughafen von Terceira. Insbesondere in der ersten Nacht war der Fluglärm (durch militärische Nutzung der US-Streitkräfte) so stark, dass unsere Kinder kaum schlafen konnten. In den Folgenächten war es besser.

    Convenient location to Praia and festa

    Amenities, location & lack of supplies , lack of shower & toilet on the bedroom floor were irritations. No instructions on Facilities made for guessing games. Locked windows in open position made for high sound volume from rock arena 12am-4am.

    Emplacement central en ville: accès aux commerces et aux restaurants à pied. Parking facile pour 1 voiture Propriétaire sympathique et présente à notre arrivée anticipée. Chambres confortables Produits de nettoyage disponibles

    La fourniture de produits alimentaires de base éviterait de faire des achats inutiles pour 3j; un café à l'arrivée aurait été ainsi bienvenu... La cuisine aurait eu besoin d'aération: les placards sentaient le renfermé...
