  Gut aber Preis leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

  Ruhiges schönes Haus mit zwei Terrassen, gut ausgestattete Küche und Super Waschmaschine Unmittelbare Umgebung ist nicht schön (Baustelle) aber zum Glück ist man nach ca 10min am Strand oder bei Restaurants und Supermärkten. Immer platz zum Parkieren neben dem Haus.

  Die Terrassen waren leider beide ziemlich schmutzig auch der Jakuzi hatte wenig Wasser drin und war schmutzig. Es kam dann jemand nach ein paar stunden und hat alles gereinigt, das war super. Der Jakutzi kann man in der Nacht leider nicht brauchen, da er dann kein Strom hat, finde auch wenn man länger als eine Woche dort ist sollte jemand den Jakuzi reinigen und mit frischem Wasser füllen. Niemand will in zwei Wochen alten Wasser baden. Sehr schade Es heisst das es in allen Räumen eine Klimaanlage hat, jedoch hat die im unteren Schlafzimmer leider nicht funktioniert, es wurde ziemlich warm und stickig, die Vermieter sagten nur: das sei zu kompliziert um es zu reparieren und es tut ihnen leid. Sehr schade, so stimmt einfach das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht!

  Lovely house but views of a construction site far from what we wanted.

  The property itself was a new build and internally very nice with good amenities. Beds were good, kitchen ok, well decorated. It had two floors, each surprisingly narrow and joined with quite a long staircase. There were two terraces but both rather small and these were where issues occurred for us. Playa Blanca was a 15 minute walk away, not too bad, and the beach was a similar distance. During our stay the weather was excellent and sunny.

  The information stated this was a 'Beach Front' and this was why it was primarily booked. Frankly it was not! The information mentioned a garden, not sure where! There was nowhere suitable to enjoy the views and the sun. The small lower terrace was surrounded by a corrugated plastic wall and filled with a table with some chairs. No views. The upper terrace had a hot tub and the view was of A CRANE AND A LARGE CONSTRUCTION SITE! Far from the beach front view we were expecting. The hot tub was unusable on two fronts, there were no instructions and the water was stagnant. Televisions, if they worked, did not contain English tv. The safe had no instructions and was never possible to use. A man came around to try to solve these 3 issues, he couldn't and said he would return but never did. In addition, we arrived late in the evening and the taxi driver said 'It's here somewhere' and left us on the pavement. Had it not been for some friends who had spent the previous day investigating the position (and happened to stumble across it) we would have been in a terrible state. This would make a superb long term rent for someone working in the area but was not suitable for a short term tourist stay.

  Gorgeous property that has everything

  Very comfortable and very clean. Had everything we needed and Maria was superb to deal with, always incredibly responsive and friendly. My wife and I had a fantastic time and couldn’t be more complimentary of this property
