Nice Stay, But Communication at Checkout Could Improve
I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The location was perfect, and the place itself was clean, modern, and comfortable — exactly what I was looking for. However, the communication at checkout was a bit frustrating. I had difficulty reaching someone, and my calls weren’t returned. Then, the next day, I received a message saying a hair dryer was missing, which I found unpleasant, as everything had been left properly. That part of the experience was disappointing. Still, overall, it was a good stay.
Communication at checkout was difficult, and being told afterward that a hair dryer was missing felt unfair.
