For et sted at sove, var det helt okay
Beliggenheden var virkelig godt. Jeg kender til hotellet igennem mit tideligere arbejde og mine kunder derfra har altid været glad for hotellet.
Vi havde desværre en uheldig episode under en vejrvarsling. Det viste sig at huset på ingen måde var tæt, så da vi vågnede en stormende morgen, var alt vores tøj vådt af regnvand, samt alt andet der var på gulvet. Vi kørte fra hytten til hotellet hvor vi blev mødt af en yngre kvinde. Vi fortalte om vores situation og at vi nok havde brug for nogle håndklæder til at tørre op med. Hun gav os 12 håndklæder, men der blev ikke stillet yderlige spørgsmål til problemet eller hvilken hytte det drejede sig om. Der var ingen dialog mellem mig/os og personalet som betjente os. Det var bare en super akavet monolog fra os som prøver at forklare problemet. Men vi kørte tilbage og blokerede alle fodlister med håndklæder og sørgede for at der ikke kom vand ind i stikdåserne. Og måtte tørre vores tøj med hårtørreren.

The location was nice
We didn't have hot water and heaters weren't working. I have tried to contact property multiple time, but nobody answered my messages nor calls until 9:30am next day. Since we stayed in October all of us catched cold. We were promised a refund, but no contact since then.

Peccato che non ci abbiano dato supporto.
Gli alloggi sono suggestivi e hanno anche una vasca di acqua calda a disposizione di ogni casetta
l'anno scorso abbiamo dato 10 a questa struttura. Quest'anno purtroppo siamo arrivati e abbiamo trovato uno dei 2 alloggi prenotati completamente spento. La vasca era ghiacciata, non usciva acqua calda e le finestre al nostro arrivo erano tutte aperte con i relativi termosifoni spenti. Avevamo chiesto una culla, ma non ci è mai stata fornita. Abbiamo scritto al numero whatsapp, ma ci hanno risposto solo il giorno dopo scirvendo: "hello, thank you for letting us know i will inform the service crew" Non è stato bello quest'anno purtroppo.
