    Good Hosts, quiet location, excellent breakfast. Would recommend.

    They are very friendly and all is clean and tidy. The B&B is in the middle of the Ex River Valley. It is very quiet and they take good care of you. The veggie cooked breakfast is good, with home made Baked Beans - which are excellent. Lots of other things to eat too....The bread....yummy !

    The bathroom is across a short corridor, not linked to the room, but this is a minor point. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Water hot ! All good.

    Lovely, house, location and hosts.

    A beautiful house in a wonderful location. Woodland and countryside views from every window. Helpful and welcoming hosts who were available to make the best of our visit. Lovely breakfast - Persian omlette which I had never come across before - delicious. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Bed v. Comfortable too.

    Everything to do with the property was excellent. Only problem was the heat. Fan was available, which helped and there was a slight cross breeze which helped cool the bedroonm a bit at night.
