  Nuwara Wewa Quietness & water supply for washing Late Check In and Check Out AC

  NO FLAT TV FOR 03 OUT 04 DAYS ( NO OTHER ENTERTAINMENT ) NO PROPER COOK OR INGREDIENTS FOOD WAS WASTED FOOD COST BOURNE BY CUSTOMER DELAY IN ADJUSTING INVOICE & RESUBMITTING. DELAYED DEPARTURE LOCKED THE PREMISES AND DEMANDED PAYMENT WITHOUT ADJUSTING INVOICE. CAUSED DELAY IN ATTENDING NEXT DESTINATION ( KANDY) KNOWING VERY WELL THAT ROADS WILL BE CLOSED FOR KANDY PERAHERA. ENTIRE LOCATION WITH 5 BEDTOOMS & BATHROOMS & KITCHEN RUN BY SINGLE STAFF. MEMBER WHO LEFT US ALONE IN PREMISES & WENT OUT SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. THE OWNERS WERE INDIFFERENT TO REPEATED REQUESTS TO IMPROVE SERVICE. WE HAD KIDS & ELDERLY. WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE RESORT AS A SAFE PLACE, FOOD OR SERVICE. ROOM WINDOWS WERE BROKEN & PASTED WITH PAPER, DOORS HAD CRACKS & NIGHT TIME ROOMS EXPOSED WHEN LIGHTS ARE LIT & NO PRIVACY..

  The A/C worked.

  The upstairs bedrooms had black mold. One bedroom had walls and ceiling covered in black mold. The host lives on site and he did not speak English. He was very difficult to communicate with, even with a translator app. He watched our every move and we did not feel like we had any privacy. The host and owner (who lives out of town) tried very hard to overcharge us. We had to debate the bill with the owner on the phone. He was also difficult to communicate with. The house is very isolated and a long way from a store or restaurant . We arranged our own transportation but the host kept trying to convince us to use his friend as a driver, who also wanted to overcharge us. The pictures on booking. com do not look like the reality.

  Peaceful And Village vibe.

  Everything was good. Clean and friendly staff, environment was fully village mode. Peaceful, good for family and friends group very big garden . River viwe so great full.

  Little bit far to Anuradhapura town.

  Ottimo compromesso di prezzo per un gruppo di amici

  Struttura molto comoda se si è un gruppo di amici in quanto dispone di diverse camere. Non abbiamo avuto molto modo di interagire con l’host ma non abbiamo avuto particolari esigenze. Le camere erano spaziose e la pulizia sufficiente.

  Purtroppo non c’era il campo da beach volley che si vede nelle foto e non era segnalato bene nell’annuncio che due camere fossero comunicanti.
