A magical place to stay & experience wildlife up close.
The Lodge was in a great location, the included food & drinks was fantastic & the Safari drives were the best we have done in South Africa.
My friend opened a bottle of water from her room fridge & discovered it was actually vinegar or a cleaning product. Apart from that, everything was great!

Muito boa .
Cafe da manha muito bom. Acomodaçoes excelentes. Localizacao boa, em frente do rio Olefants. Conseguimos ver os elefantes, hipopotamos enquanto estamos no restaurante e no terraço do quarto.
Poderiam melhorar o almoco. Um pouco fraco em quantidade e nao ha opcoes. Nao sei se isso se deve ao fato de o safari ter saida as 15 e o almoço ser servido a 14 horas. Mas acho que o hotel deve repensar um pouco mais sobre o almoço, em disponibilizar uns tres tipos de pratos para escolha.

Tive uma situação com meu veículo alugado há 70km do lodge, meu carro não andava mais. Ghunter me deu todo auxílio possí
Lugar espetacular: lindo, confortável, comida boa, bons funcionários.
Precisei alterar a data da estadia por motivos de trabalho (com antecedência) sem sucesso, perdi as diárias já pagas.
