Location
I regret having to express a negative opinion about the two apartments, as I am generally fair in my assessments. In reality, the apartments do not justify the exorbitant price paid for the week-long stay. The first apartment is on the ground floor, but the bedrooms are in the basement; the living room lacks curtains and is uncomfortable, and accessing the bathroom involves an inconvenient trip up and down stairs. The apartment's location is odd, and the entrance is poor. The second apartment is on the third floor; it has an awkward, outdated layout, and the floors creak noisily when walking around. Ultimately, we did not actually stay in the apartments; we vacated them early in the morning, despite having paid the full week's rent for both. Furthermore, the building's hallways are unclean, and the building is occupied by university students.

Good location but noisy at night
Apartment location was close to the central part of the city and the subway. The apartment was clean. Our requests were fulfilled.
The apartment is located between noisy street and noisy backyard. There is no AC in the apartment and we have windows open. At night noise from a large groups of young people from 9 pm to 2-3 am did not allow to sleep. I am surprised not to find this information in any reviews. Kitchenet is very small and inconvenient for three people.

Spacious clean apartment with good cooking facilities. Lovely comfy sofa to relax on after a long day walking around the city. Great to have a separate toilet to the shower room. Good location.
Would like more pillows and instructions for the coffee maker.
