  MOLD on the walls and RUSTY appliances. AVOID!!

  Only pro: the accomodation is central

  There was mold all over the walls, and the other two guests and I could genuinely feel how heavy and humid the air was. The appliances were old and rusty, and the towels were worn out and overused. The window, which is at street level, had a broken mosquito net and was practically useless. Opening it meant dealing with excessive noise and pollution from passing cars, making it difficult to get any fresh air. There was also a door that was not shown in the photos on Booking.com. I assume it connects the room to another room, as it appeared to be deliberately hidden behind a cabinet in the listing photos. However, **the worst part of the experience was the host's attitude.** Rather than acknowledging the problems, she became defensive and denied that there was any mold, despite it being clearly visible on the walls. She even complained that, because I had contacted Booking.com to cancel my reservation, she would have to pay a €2 tax. She then added that it would be better not to host people like us. Absolutely unbelievable. The poor condition of the room was bad enough, but the host's dismissive and unprofessional attitude made the experience even worse.

  Excepcional apartamento en pleno centro

  La ubicación es excepcional, en pleno centro histórico de la ciudad. Es verdad que se escuchan ruidos, pero es una ciudad caótica y ese es precisamente su encanto. Quizá hemos echado en falta algún utensilio de limpieza (estropajo, papel de cocina, fregona) pero por lo demás, todo muy bien. El apartamento es pequeño pero para dos personas, suficiente. Para repetir.

  Por poner un punto negativo, por encima de la puerta hay un ventanal y no hay nada para tapar la luz que entra, lo que la hace un poco molesta por la mañana. Por lo demás, todo bien.

  Buena elección

  Estuvimos sólo una noche en el apartamento, pero valió la pena. Veronica es la propietaria, nos estaba esperando al llegar, es muy simpática, amable y servicial (desde antes de la llegada y durante la estadía.) El apartamento cumple con lo que aparece en la publicación, está perfectamente ubicado en el caótico y bello centro histórico de Nápoles, no le falta nada y es confortable. Si vas a tomar un taxi para llegar a la habitación, no estaría mal preverlo con Veronica: al menos desde el puerto (donde nos dejó el crucero) los taxistas pugnan por captar pasajeros a toda costa inventando precios disparatados para un trayecto tan corto. El marido de Veronica es encantador, tiene un taxi y cobra el precio que corresponde. Volveremos a O vascio e Nannin con más tiempo!
