    Geniş və rahatdır. Location o qədər də super deyil, amma pis də deyil. Evə gələnlər özü ilə şəpit gətirsinlər. Yer soyuqdur. Başqa demək olar ki, ev üçün hər şey düşünülüb.

    Pis tərəfləri səs-küy çox olması, yerin soyuq olmasıdır. Küçədən keçən bütün avtomobillər və motosikletlərin səsi hamısı evin içindədir. Həmçinin qonşuların da səsi çoxdur. Düzdür, bunu dəyişmək evin sahibi tərəfdən mümkün deyil amma hər halda mənfi haldır. Ev sahibinin üzərinə düşən yalnız yerin taxta, parket və ya laminat və s. tipi döşəmə etməməsidir. Yer metlaxdır və bu qışda daha çox insanı narahat edə bilər.

    La ubicación es excelente, pudimos llegar caminando al terminal lo que es muy bueno, está cerca la parada del autobús, supermercados cercanos, la Bambolina muy amable. El desayuno es generoso. Muchas gracias.

    La ducha es un poco incómoda.

    Comodo ed Accogliente

    Molto accogliente, ben pulito e piacevole. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto l'indispensabile.

    La posizione e' buona ma allo stesso tempo un po' immersa nei quartieri residenziali. Il bagno un po' piccolino.
