    Künstlerische Katastrophe....

    Die Lage.....der Ort....der Spielplatz...

    Es ist alles alt,schmutzig und verwohnt .In den schränken müffelt es... Die Küche zusammen gezimmert,Stühle die knapp auseinander fallen .Die aussen Anlage eine Katastrophe....usw , usw..Das riesige positive war der Spielplatz für die Kinder.....

    Sehr groß, gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, gut ausgestattet.

    Durch weitere Wohnungen im Obergeschoss extrem laut. Durch die (vermutlich) Holzdecke hört man jeden Schritt und lautes Knarren. Bis in die Nacht, teilweise in der Nacht. Durchschlafen nicht möglich.
