  Highly recommend a stay in this property great value for money.

  very friendly and accommodating staff . it was raining on our arrival and umbrellas where ready and we were shown to the reception area for a welcome drink on arrival. check in and out was very easy and the staff were very efficient in the process. the location is excellent for strolling around the town with wonderful restaurants and bars.

  it was foggy and so we couldn't see anything from the roof top pool bar.

  Good location, great staff but rooms need better house keeping.

  The location of this hotel is very good if one wants to stay in Ella City Centre. Everything is within 2 minutes walk. The manager is an amazing person. He got things under control within no time. The staff in restaurant is very good. Special thanks to Naveen for taking such care of us through out our visit. I stayed in 301 which had an amazing terrace overlooking Ella City centre. Breakfast is ok. Much better options available outside.

  Our check in experience was very poor. Took us forever to finish the process. I believe we had serious language issues with the lady at check in. It didn't get better till her Manager didn't intervene. Laundry and house keeping can be better. I got stained towels. On multiple occasions, I had to ask for towels as there were none in my room. My room lock was broken and so was the shower in my bathroom when I arrived. Avoid dinner buffer as food was very average.

  ロケーションが良かった。騒がしいロケーションの中、部屋のアサインを山側に気を使ってくれた。紅茶をプレゼントいただいた。レストランのドリンクがお安く使いやすい。

  繁華街のせいか外の音が騒がしかった。
