Amazing stay in the heart of Brockenhurst.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is perfect and the place is really nice and clean.

Only issue we had was the bed in room 5 is extremely noisy, you roll over and it wakes you up! Very comfortable bed but that's the only drawback, may need to have a look at it!

Great location very close to the station and shops. Comfortable room with nice little touches. The addition of a fan was very welcome.

A great location for exploring Brockenhurst and the beautiful surrounding New Forest.

Great location and a cosy homely feel about the property. Met the owner/host once and what a lovely charming person, very helpful and welcoming. Secure storage for our bicycles in the garden.

    Nothing to report here.

Easy and clear access instructions. The floorboards are quite creaky so they provide earplugs. The room was also quite warm so they have air-conditioning units. I liked the little pot of hot chocolate too.
