    The scrambled egg for breakfast. We have the worlds best food in NZ and you serve up scrambled egg that is in a plastic bag. Why aren't you using fresh eggs?

    Location was great Rooms a great size

    No hand towels provided and only had half a roll of toilet paper for a 2 night stay

    Overall it was ok and people were polite although when I asked about a shuttle or car to the airport

    Location not very exciting - I wish we had stayed at the Viaduct end of the pier area. The shower in our room was broken The room /tidying service people came in without knocking while I was in the shower :(

    Knocking loudly before entering There was a lot of packaging and decorative items such as cushions stacked up in the hallways - kind of felt a bit grotty
