Great location, room spacious and has everything you need for an extended stay.
The room -spacious and clean. When we asked for a change of room for the 2nd night due tot he construction 24/7 across the road, there was no drama. The location was excellent.
Our room faced the construction of the new rail station. The noise went ALL night. It was dreadful. They should have given us a free night. There was only one lift operating, often had to wait ages

The bed was soft and somewhat comfortable. Location was great.
Hallyway had a really bad smell, had to cover our nose to get into the elevator. Shower was broken and it didn't feel clean. Balcony was also dirty, had to wear shoes on the balcony or we'd have black feet from the dirt. When looking at where to stay Oaks wasn't noticeably cheaper than other places but I would rather spend a bit more to stay somewhere that felt more comfortable.
