Champagne views and location, soda water food and service.
The accommodation was fantastic as was the location. Would have liked a few instructions on how to keep the fire going. It kept on going out. Didn't like the pump action shampoo conditioner etc. Expected individuals samples. For the price paid (>$500 per night) was expecting the rooms to be cleaned daily not weekly. We had a meal at the privately run Italian restaurant onsite. The service and food was fantastic. I would suggest the management of the resort could take a few lessons from them on how to run a successful eating establishment.
After 3 breakfasts and 1 dinner at Cuisine. Ive come to the conclusion that the owners retrying to provide a 5 star service on a 2 star budget. Staff were overworked and the food at breakfast whilst of reasonable quality was lacking in the variety of dishes available. A simple request for a change from mash potato to fries on one of our dinner meals was met with a flat 'we do not make changes'.
