Average to good experience
Fida, Emma, Ash-rya,Imran @ front desk were extremely friendly, very helpful and joyfully polite. Particular mention of Fida who really helped me with train tickets and more. Thankyou!!
1) The food/restaurant was very sub-standard and unfriendly staff 2) The 1 Delux twin sharing suite was very comfortable, however housekeeping was below expectations - room clean, but supplies always missing…….had to ask for tea, coffee, creamer every day in my 5 night stay from 16-21Ict!!

Nearest to city. Beautiful and spacious room and the bed is comfortable.
Slow tap water. Refrigerator is not defrosting, temperature is not cold enough.
