Quel dommage pour un établissement de ce standing !
Très bel hôtel offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur Central Park. L’accueil est excellent et nous avons eu l’agréable surprise de pouvoir accéder à notre chambre une heure avant l’heure prévue. La chambre était également superbe. Tout s’annonçait donc parfaitement. Malheureusement, dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un problème d’évacuation des toilettes. Malgré l’intervention rapide du service technique, le dysfonctionnement a persisté, laissant supposer un problème de plomberie plus général. Heureusement, nous ne séjournions qu’une nuit. Il est néanmoins difficilement acceptable de disposer de toilettes inutilisables dans un établissement de ce standing. Dommage, car sans cet incident, notre séjour aurait été excellent.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un problème d’évacuation des toilettes, qui étaient complètement obstruées. Un membre du service technique est intervenu rapidement et a réussi à rétablir temporairement l’évacuation. Toutefois, le problème a persisté : l’eau s’accumulait à nouveau et ne s’évacuait que très lentement. Nous avons également entendu d’importants gargouillements dans les canalisations pendant que nous prenions notre douche, laissant supposer un dysfonctionnement plus général du système d’évacuation.

Gut für eine Nacht für Rückflug - tolle Aussicht, nette Umgebung - Parks/Shopping
30 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Nettes Hotel für die Nacht vor dem Rückflug. Abendbüffet im Restaurant wirklich herausragend. Tolle Meeresfrüchte und Wein und Bier ohne Limit. Beim Check-In war Henry top! Danke.
Frühstück war sehr voll und laut. Qualität und Auswahl in Ordnung aber nicht überragend. Wir haben keinen Late Checkout bekommen, angeblich ausgebucht, auf Booking waren noch 8 Zimmer zu haben. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen, obwohl wir auch dafür bezahlt hätten. Insgesamt ziemlich abgewohnt.
