    Great place to stay for exhibition's or shopping

    The rooms are amazing very comfortable with great amenities. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Very close to the Melbourne Exhibition Centre for our trade shows but also just as close for the DFO and Docklands. Lots of eating places to choose from within a short walk.

    I was a bit upset as i rang and spoke to a member of staff regarding my booking as i had booked 4 rooms for 3 nights but one room would be empty on the first night but i still needed it for the other two nights, this messsage was obviously not passed on or entered as when my colleague arrived on the second night he was told that he had just made it before they made him a no show. I had paid for 4 rooms for 4 nights and rung the hotel and spoken to someone so this was disappointing but it won't stop me booking this hotel again
