    The worst check in experience

    Location and rooms

    The worst check in experience and front desk staff. Our check in was 2 hours late, no one bothered to share any explanation, no clear info, did not offer solution, no apology and no compensation. We had to demand explanation and was told to wait 10 more minutes repeatedly w/o any clear solution. On our first night they turned off our key cards because they assumed we were checking out w/o checking first.

    What an amazing place to stay at.

    What an amazing place to stay in Jakarta, whether you’re traveling with a large family or a group of friends. Oakwood Suites La Maison is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything Jakarta has to offer. The staff are always welcoming and ready to help with a smile. There are great coffee shops only a short walk away in each direction and several large shopping malls just minutes away. Blok M is also nearby, offering plenty to see and do. My family absolutely loved staying here, and we will definitely be back. Scott Rose
