Check out ebenso. Vielen Dank an Ilaria.

The apartment itself is pleasant and well located. However, during our stay the swimming pool was unavailable and the gate to the complex remained broken, which reduced the sense of security for our rental car. Additionally, the bedding situation was confusing. Communication with the host was polite and professional, and the host eventually waived the city tax as a gesture of goodwill.
