  I highly recommend it to everyone.

  Very clean and nice. I really enjoyed everything. The location was great. There were lots of things to do around.

  Very clean and good looking flat, clean street compared to other streets in Palermo, good parking on the nearby boulevard. Heating also available and working! Nice welcome goodies like sweets, coffee and tea, bottle of wine! Felt like home!

  The house is perfect and here are the reasons why. 1. The apartment is a normal size. New modern renovation and the shower is excellent. It is located two blocks from the center - but it is quiet and calm here at night and during the day. 2. The style, kitchen, bed, lighting, dishwasher and washing machine, entrance, water, smell, WFi, cleanliness - all this together is an absolute 10. The photos correspond. 3. We did not meet the owner. For me personally, this is also a plus. He was always in touch and available. Easy and calm. 4. The instructions at the entrance upon arrival are simple and clear. The entrance is clean and it is located in a prosperous area. 5. There are enough towels and bed linen. 6. There is a balcony and it is functional. 7. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a kettle and coffee maker of the latest models. Tea and coffee are also available. But you won't need all this - since you are in the center of gastronomic delights 😉 Know that in Palermo you will be fed at every step better and cheaper than you would cook yourself 🤝 The price/quality ratio is justified! We are very pleased that our choice fell on this place 🙏

  Exceptional

  + Good location: you're close to the main attractions and the seafront at the same time. There're a lot of restaurants and a quite big supermarket nearby. The street itself is quiet. + Clean and well-equipped apartment: it has everything you need for a comfort stay, including small kitchen and a washing machine. + Fast and stable wi-fi + Smart-TV with streaming services + The shuttle-bus to the airport stops a 15 minutes walk away. + If you're lucky enough you might even find a free parking lot on the same street in the late evening :)

  - The towel-dryer in the bathroom didn't work, so it took time to dry the washing. But I'm not sure if it depends on the owner, and it wasn't so important for me anyway. - There's a short and a bit steep staircase leading to the apartment. This isn't really a problem, just a remark for those to whom it might matter.
