  La estancia fue un auténtico desastre. Lo primero, te avisan por chat —una vez hecha la reserva— de que hay que pagar 25 € extra en mano por llegar a la 1 de la mañana. Nada de eso aparece en el anuncio, y tener que pagar fuera de la plataforma me parece totalmente inaceptable y poco profesional. El apartamento está en unas condiciones lamentables. Reservamos para 3 personas y solo había toallas para 2 y un rollo de papel higiénico para cuatro días. No hay microondas ni horno, algo básico para cualquier alojamiento de este precio. El grifo de la cocina pierde agua, los muebles del baño están podridos y la mampara no cierra bien, así que el suelo acaba empapado cada vez que te duchas. En el baño no hay luz en el espejo, y la ducha no tiene soporte, hay que sujetarla todo el tiempo. El apartamento huele mal, el toldo exterior no funciona y no se puede ni salir al balcón. Solo entregan un juego de llaves, así que cada vez que alguien quiere entrar hay que bajar las escaleras a abrir el portal. En la habitación entra luz toda la noche y por la mañana, sin persianas ni cortinas, imposible dormir. Todo es súper cutre: hay una cortina de ducha colgada en la habitación como “decoración”, no hay ni armario ni sitio donde apoyar la maleta, solo dos camas pequeñas empotradas que además huelen fatal. Me desperté con la pierna llena de picaduras y ronchas. No hay televisión en la habitación y la del salón ni siquiera tiene antena, solo se puede ver YouTube iniciando sesión con tu cuenta personal. Las llaves te las dan colgadas en un cordón y si las pierdes te cobran 150 €, ni un llavero decente. Cables sueltos por las paredes, mala iluminación y un mantenimiento inexistente. En resumen: cutre, incómodo, sucio y nada recomendable. Con lo que cobran, lo mínimo sería ofrecer unas condiciones dignas. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

  Scammers offering half functional apartment

  This apartment looked quite big for the price compared to what you would get in the bigger cities. It's easy to find a parking spot for the car near the apartment. Access to a swimming pool in the middle of the apartment complex.

  Immediately at our arrival we had problems with the cleaning lady. She was the one who was going to hand us over the keys and explain whatever we needed to know. We were planning on arriving in the afternoon, but because of different circumstances, we arrived later than planned. During this whole process, I updated the lady about it and how long we think it would take. She mentioned that we would have to pay an extra €20 if we arrived after 9 pm. We had some trouble finding the right entrance since she sent me only blurry pictures. It honestly looked like the lady was on some kind of drugs since her pupils were very big, so maybe that was the reason for the bad pictures... Luckily, we made it to the apartment before 9 pm. When we get inside, she rushes the explanation, but we were also tired of the whole process of getting there, so we just wanted to rest ASAP. Then she starts begging for an additional €10 because she was waiting for us. I told her I updated her the whole time about our expected time of arrival, so we didn't get how it was our fault that she was waiting in the apartment the whole time. Then again, her boss should be paying her for her service, not us. She only mentioned an additional cost when we arrived later than 9 pm. There was nothing mentioned about a waiting time fee... Unfortunately she didn't agree and didn't want to leave us until we gave her the money. She was very persistent and aggressive with her speech and not willing to listen to us. She then even needed to talk to a friend of ours because she was convinced we didn't understand her. I understand Spanish, but she thought I couldn't, so she was explaining the same thing for 15 minutes straight. In the end, I got so tired of this inappropriate behavior that I offered her the €10, but then she refused to take it. This was very confusing and annoying. She was not only wasting her own time but also ours.
