    Horrible

    Location, close to bush gardens

    Price, accommodations in room

I was very disappointed with my stay. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room, and the location is still showing that they are at the hotel. I called the staff to ask for assistance, but my calls were not answered consistently, and although I was told someone would call me back, I have not received the follow-up I expected. In addition, my room key was disabled several times during my stay, which was extremely inconvenient. The room door also did not close properly and had to be slammed shut to secure it. Given these issues, I would appreciate prompt assistance in locating and returning my AirPods, as well as acknowledgment of the maintenance and service concerns I experienced.

Staff very friendly, room had far more amenities than I would have expected. Free breakfast was also a bonus.

Door was very hard to lock and took multiple attempts each time.
