  Excellent facilities apart from the DVD which ceased to work and was not repaired.

  Location was excellent for all local amenities.

  Occasional smell of drains which did not seem to be a surprise to agents.

  Definitely the location – it was great. The size of the apartment – it’s really spacious. The fact that there is a beautiful terrace with a table and a lot of space to use outside.

  There was a huge amount of dust. I’m only allergic to dust, and in this apartment – especially in the living room and bedroom – I wasn’t able to function normally without taking medication. • In the bathroom there was a strange smell. I have the impression there is mold or fungus somewhere under the tiles. • The approach to amenities was very odd: there was a washing machine, but only two laundry capsules were provided. For the dishwasher there were only three or four tablets. You could clearly see the empty packaging left by previous guests who also had to buy more themselves. This is simply embarrassing, especially considering we stayed there for nine or ten days. • Not everything in the kitchen was clean. • There were fees listed for not taking out the trash or not cleaning certain things, which is quite unusual, especially since you also pay for a cleaning service. • Some things should have been replaced a long time ago – for example, the teapot was completely broken. • There was no welcome pack of any kind, which in a place like this is rather disappointing. • The air conditioning was terrible. It was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in years – there was a lot of dust there, which might also explain why my allergy was constantly triggered during the stay. • In the photos everything looks very beautiful and I would actually be happy to come back, but they really need to start cleaning this place properly and replace the old air conditioning, which, in my opinion, only blows dust around the apartment. • The kitchen equipment needs to be replaced. All the pans were toxic and should be thrown away immediately. • The iron didn’t work, which I also reported.
