    Amazing place

    The manager of the place bruce was so nice and very helpful Everything was very clean. Nice pool and staff so nice too. I recommend this place

    I’ve stay there 5 days and I think you should put more stuff on the kitchen… no salt or pepper… I didn’t like the bathroom at all because waters is everywhere when you take a shower. Maybe put something to protect that !

    Very modern building with gym and pool, view from rooftop is amazing. Washer and dryer.

    When we arrive, the room was not perfect. The grill was dirty and the staff forgot her lunch and yogurt in the room. Just felt weird.

    Amazing accomodation with even better service

    We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and definitely recommend. Cyrus the property manger is amazing and very kind. He was there for us at every point and made our trip more enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure that you are comfortable the entire time. His communication was impeccable, reaching out prior to our stay and ensuring we were all set for our stay. He personally checked in everyday to see if we required anymore assistance. This made us feel valued and cared for. We have vowed to only stay at this hotel, everyone we are in Kigali. The hotel is very beautiful with great ammenities and very close to berthing you need. So it is very cost efficient when it comes to moving around Kigali. 10/10 service and accommodation 💗
