    Great stay, friendly staff, close location to the National Park and cute shops/restaurants.

    The room was spacious and comfortable as was the bathroom. I liked having the curved shower curtain rod so you're not touching the curtain while you bathe. Everything was very clean. Loved having the larger refrigerator in the room.

    Not a big fan of carpet in the room, but nothing looked dirty or had any weird smells. There was just a standard wall plug and no extra outlets or usb connections to charge things. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open on its own unless propped open, but that wasn't a big deal at all.

    Nice place but could be better!

    Staff was excellent! The first room we stayed in had a horrible mattress. They moved us the next day to the next room and it was fine. The pool and hot tub were amazing.

    ADA needs to come and enforce the placement of the handicap parking. It is not within proper standers! The onsite restaurant was still not open after several weeks. The ice machines were all still out also. When the staff takes either a break or their lunch time no one is there at the front desk or to even answer the phone. The property next door, owned by the same company, is a dumping ground for the county. cars coming and going appears to be doing drug deals and may be even the oldest profession. It does not make you feel very safe in the pool area.

    I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which was my third time staying with you. While the staff were all very pleasant and the room was clean, I noticed that the property is starting to feel a bit rundown compared to my previous visits. Additionally, the cafe was closed during my stay due to a family emergency. While I understand unexpected situations arise, I was disappointed that this closure was not noted or communicated when I made my reservation. I hope this feedback is helpful as you work to maintain and improve the guest experience.
