La cercanía de la persona que nos gestionó todo. Tuvimos un problema después de dejar el piso (olvidamos una cartera y nos dimos cuenta 6 horas después), llamamos y nos atendieron enseguida.
Si es verdad que la entrada la podrían arreglar pero después de hablar con más gente es la esencia de Budapest

All in all a good accommodation.
The only drawback is that they left only one towel per person for three days of stay and when we arrived we waited an hour for them to bring us the key to the accommodation.
