    An excellent location, but serious cleanliness and comfort issues made the stay very disappointing.

    The location was excellent, within a 15-minute walk of both Playa del Inglés and the dunes, and especially convenient for the many nearby restaurants. The owner also recommended some very good places to eat, and we thoroughly enjoyed all of them.

    Unfortunately, the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation were very disappointing. The mattress and one of the pillows had an extremely strong smell of perspiration. The bed linen was very thin, almost see-through, and provided no warmth when the temperature dropped in the evening. Although there was a small blanket on the bed, it did not appear particularly clean, so I did not feel comfortable using it. The towels also had an unpleasant smell, so we chose not to use them. No shower gel or hand soap was provided, meaning that we had to purchase our own, and even the toilet paper had an unpleasant odour. Hot water was supplied by a boiler, but if two or more guests needed to shower, everyone had to be very quick to avoid running out. Sadly, the intense smell of perspiration coming from the bed and the overall standard of cleanliness made us feel so uncomfortable that we were looking forward to leaving.

    Struttura ben attrezzata e centrale

    Alloggio ben attrezzato con spazi ristretti. Facilità di parcheggio e dune raggiungibili a piedi, idem jumbo center. Buon feedback del gestore. Boiler piccolo, bagno che si allaga senza aspiratore. Lenzuola consumate, buona qualità asciugamani, tv nel soggiorno e in camera. Prodotti da bagno quasi finiti e carta igienica iniziata non fanno bella figura ma possono essere utili. Nel complesso consigliato.

    Superbe petit appartement, hyper pratique et calme à Playa del Ingles!

    Calme, situation géographique, cuisine fonctionnelle,machine à laver. Jolie salle de bain. Super terrasse. Restaurants à proximité, piscine pratique avec des enfants, airconditioning, facilité d’enregistrement à l’arrivée. Wifi, 2 téléviseurs.
