    Found alternative accommodation due to the property not being clean

    On arrival at the property at around 5pm we walked in to find the beds had not been changed, there was dirty towels on the radiators, food in kitchen sink, food on work tops and in the fridge. The hot tub was dirty. When we first walked in our first thought was that there were still people staying in there. We contacted the management team to advise of our findings, he said he would send 2 cleaners out within 30 minutes and it would take around 2 hours to clean the property. He offered 50% discount for this upheaval, but we asked for a full refund, which we did receive. We then had to find another property to stay in as we were not offered any alternative accommodation. We were lucky enough to find another property to stay in. If we had arrived at the property at 10pm we would not have been able to find anywhere to stay.

    HORRIBLE

    Nothing really to be honest photos looked lovely on arrival couldn’t get the front gate open. Spiders everywhere in the house and spider webs, A piece of spaghetti on the kitchen roof! floors weren’t swept soggy food in the freezer left, loads of empty glass bottles outside back door covered in flys, no communication or anyone offering to give any money back we stayed here for 1 night and it was £250 and it was honestly disgusting. Couch is brick solid , spider webs that literally look like they have been growing for months around the hot tub, on arrival hot tub had flys all in it.
