A perfect place to base yourself for a Roman holiday. Wonderfully looked after and highly recommend.
A beautifully central unit in a historic building. Very comfortable and Francesca could not have been more helpful and kind booking us in and during our stay.
Hot water takes a while to warm up, but didn’t matter.

Great location, great host and really made our five days in Rome into a wonderful holiday.
Great location, close to the things we wanted to see during our stay.
Waiting for the "hot water" to run in the showers, but we accept that is due to the age of the building.

Thanks to sweet Francesca for taking care of us, wonderful apartments, a quiet, safe place, supermarket, shops, and attractions all nearby. A great time for a vacation. I recommend Francesca and her cozy apartments, 🙏❣️

Harika!
Ev sahibi Francesca aşırı tatlı ve ilgili bir ev sahibi. Bizi düşünerek bir sürü restaurant önerisinde bulundu. Türkçe kelimeler içeren bir harita hazırlamış. Çok seyahat ettim bu kadar düşünceli birini görmedim. Havalandırma yetmezse diye iki ayrı klima almış. Evde ihtiyaç duyacağınız her şey var. Sinek ilacı bile var. Evde iki banyo olması çok iyi oldu. Ev çok temiz, balkon ve apartman harika. Ayrıca asansör olması büyük konfor. Evin konumu merkezi, metroya yakın. Ailemle çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Francesca'ya teşekkür ediyoruz.

Excellent apartment, with great facilities.
Francesca was very accommodating and met us early at the apartment to check in which was very helpful. She was very prepared with lot's of information about Rome and places to visit and eat, all great suggestions. The apartment was very well stocked, clean and really quite large, we wished we were staying for longer. The building was big and grand and it was only a short walk to the colosseum. Overall it was a great stay and we would highly recommend this place for other families.
The water pressure and time to heat up but this is common across Europe.
