Robo de dinero en la habitación, por personal del hotel
Las vistas y algunos camareros eran amables.
Fuimos una semana y el primer día la habitación no estaba en buenas condiciones. Nuestra sorpresa fue que el mismo personal de mantenimiento que entró a la habitación nos ROBÓ todo el dinero que llevábamos en la cartera para las vacaciones. La cartera se encontraba dentro de la chaqueta de mi pareja en un armario. Es decir, nos tuvieron que rebuscar todo el armario para encontrarlo. Aún así, ese personal continúa trabajando en las instalaciones sabiendo que personas han sido, ya que revisaron el control de entradas a las habitaciones. Vergonzoso para ser la cadena de hoteles Barceló. El hotel solo nos daba largas para que terminara nuestra estancia y nos fuéramos sin solucionar nada

Nur zu empfehlen!
Die ganze Anlage, das Essen sowie das Personal wirklich zu 100% empfehlenswert - das Essen wurde immer frisch und abwechslungsreich zubereitet, das Personal wirklich immer freundlich und auf Zack , die Pools waren super , es gibt unheimlich viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten und das Spa (gegen Aufpreis) ebenfalls empfehlenswert - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
