Vacaciones en pareja
La tranquilidad, y todos los servicios que ofrece (Spa gratuito 2h al día, cenas temáticas, nos arreglaban la habitación también por la tarde sin pedirlo...) buffet no muy grande pero con variedad y calidad.
Algunas distancias se hacen un poco largas, como ir al gimnasio o al Spa.

La comida aunque era un bufé pequeño estaba buena .
El personal antipático , las tarjetas que nunca funcionaban ,con lo que pagamos por dos noches y ninguna opción de ir al restaurante a la carta ( las dos noches lleno nos decían )

El trato del personal en todo momento.En el buffet están super atentos.
Algunas cosillas, falta de mantenimiento. Por ejemplo algunos grifos de duchas, los velcros de las almohadas de las hamacas. El aíre de las habitaciones no era suficiente por momentos. Pero, nada que no se pueda mejorar.

La comida me encantó, creo que es en el mejor hotel que he comido. El personal del hotel también es muy simpática.
El snack bar de la zona royal level, podrían poner más variedad o cosas más interesantes.
