  I did a pre check in on line a couple of days before. So my check in was the fastest check in I ever had. The staff was

  My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The apartment is very spacious the living room /dining room wow, the balcony was awesome you can see the beach/boardwalk.. The bedrooms were great especially the master bedroom. There were so many closets for your clothes each room so much space. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect 1 1/2 min walk to the boardwalk.

  The parking was convenient under the condo but very tight spaces. The carpet in living room has stains on it but it was clean. The jacuzzi tub was great but need the Jets on it to be thoroughly checked.

  The condo was not clean, but was convenient for our stay.

  This property was conveniently located very close to the beach and had a great view of Ocean City and you can see the beach from the balcony. It was very spacious inside with lots of storage opportunities like closets and dressers. I also liked that there were only three apartments in our actual building because there was not a lot of foot traffic in and out throughout the day.

  The apartment was not clean at all. There was mold in the showers, jets of the tub, and the caulking was peeling off in the shower in the main bedroom. The toilet in the front bathroom would not flush and when we asked for assistance a man did come up the next day and created a temporary fix, but the problem occurred the same day again and again. The floors were not scrubbed and left black residue on our feet. The carpets were stained and there were crumbs all on the carpet and under the furniture. The blinds did not slide easily to open and close and would constantly fall out and not attach back into the clips. Upon checking in we noticed the window in one of the front bedrooms were broken and would not close. We asked for maintenance and a man did come up to look at the problem, but did nothing to fix it in the moment. We were fortunate to have good weather, but rain would absolutely seep into the broken window. It also created a noise issue, as the window was constantly stuck open. The parking situation was one of our main problems in this condo. The parking spaces are extremely too tight and cannot accommodate for cars bigger than a small sedan. When we parked in the guest/extra parking lot and double checked with a male attendant at the front desk he said we could not park in that lot and was very rude and unhelpful. The parking underneath the condos are very tight and unsafe.

  The location was great. The apartment size and layout was great.

  Parking was not good, few parking spaces and kind of difficult to maneuver.

  It was very pleasant.but needs some improvement

  I loved how big the apartment was. Very spacious and right in the beach essentially

  I didn’t like that there was carpet. It was very dirty. Kids couldn’t walk barefoot their feet would turn black. Maybe rip up carpets and out tile throughout? There is tile in kitchen area and one bedroom and bathrooms. The jacuzzi tub had moldy black buildup around the jets. Maybe get a jacuzzi cleaner to properly clean it out? And it also neeeded extra linens and towels in the apartment. No linens for the sleeper couches and also the bed sheets were so thin and didn’t get the king sized bed so it was very cold. Luckily I brought my own will blanket and also they neeed to put like protective mattress covers underneath the sheets.
