    Arriving at the apartment we were impressed with the size and space and the view of the Atlantic, it's difficult to imagine that we were in the middle of the Atlantic then seeing the view with nothing in the way until the Antarctic. The apartment is well appointed with crockery, cutlery, kitchen ware, microwave hob and fridge. The location is a 25-30 minute walk to the centre of Ponta Delgada but there are buses which pass the door though you need to walk a short distance to the bus stop. To Sao Roque its a 15 minute walk. Supermarkets are a similar distance - Continente is nearer with Pingo Doce another 10 minutes walk. To reach the supermarkets there is a lane opposite the front door, take that then cross the road to steps to left of the concrete wall, turn right and follow the road crossing a road bridge then turn left along a path and opposote the end of the path you will see Continente, Pingo Doce - go left under an elevated road bridge, walk 200m and supermarket on other side of the road. We recommend the apartment. If you have a car there is public parking at the rear of the apartment. +

    Якби не запах каналізації в помешканні - це було б дуже хороше місце. Було б навіть ідеальне!

    Було тихо, спокійно. Океан в набережна прямо під рукою - це приємно. Гарний вид з вікна вітальні. Досить просторі апартаменти.

    Запах. Запах каналізації, який зіпсував усе враження. Мій чоловік каже, що невірно підключена сантехніка. Це не запах прілості. А саме каналізації. Дуже некомфортно в не хочеться йти в помешкання.
