Keys to the property are to be picked up at an agency location at Cornerstone Stores. All payments are handled directly by Booking.com and all reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. If payment isn't received, your booking will be canceled. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbors, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Super séjour !

    Très bon emplacement. Coles, restaurants, pharmacies, snacks...accessibles à pied. Le logement était top, propre et confortable. La résidence était sécurisée et les équipements, notamment le jaccuzi étaient appréciables. De même que l'accès direct très pratique, à la plage. La vue sur la mer était incroyable. L'hôte, Nuve Escapes était très réactif. Nous avons passé en famille (5 personnes), un super séjour de 17 nuits. Je m'attendais à une odeur, ayant lu un commentaire qui la mentionnait. Donc oui j'ai senti une légère odeur en arrivant. Mon mari et les enfants non. Mais cette odeur n'a plus été décelable par la suite. Super rapport qualité/prix!

    - Beaucoup d'informations par mail de la part de l'hôte avant le séjour, il faut suivre 😅 - L'absence d'équipements de ménage mais je pense que ce point sera réglé rapidement - L'eau des douches un peu difficile à régler pour les enfants (pas de mitigeur)

    Very disappointing and shocking value for money.

    The palm trees and pool and thats it.

    The accommodation had grubby walls, a perished discoloured duvet inner, blood on wall and bunk bed linen. There was dirty crockery and cutlery in cupboards... food grime. The solid entry door wouldnt lock 50% of the time so only able to lock the screen door. No soundproofing so loud tv noise and stomping from neighbours. Very dated and terrible value for money....

    Was a good stay although i thought i had booked a 3bd apartment but it was only a 2 bd.

    Picked up keys in tugan then travelled to property after lunch, friendly and informative hand over not too far from the property location
