I overpaid for an underwhelming apartment.
The only good thing about this property is the location
The communication with staff was absolutely terrible. I received a message the day before I left home saying they will send check in information between 12-3 of the day I’m traveling. I never received check in information. No one was at the apartment when I arrived. Thankfully the neighbors upstairs gave me the owners number to call. When I called to tell “Cindy” I was there she was very rude and stated she sent out the check in information. After the phone call she sent me a text with my check in information so I could finally enter the apartment. The photos are completely outdated. There were no tvs in the bedrooms and no ac in the one bedroom at all. Mirrors were leaning against the wall on the floor which is a safety hazard to young children. Thankfully I found a fan to put in that room. The WiFi was absolutely terrible. The Roku could barely connect. The couch was old and extremely uncomfortable. I believe the ac unit in the bedroom had mold or something in the filter because by day 2 I had a terrible cough, sore throat and stuffy nose. The morning of our check out I was surprised to find not one but two roaches in the apartment. This place is definitely not worth the money and I will not be staying at the Nancy Claire again.

Great beach access and best space in the basement!
Great location for boardwalk and beach access. I liked the space it had and outside patio area. Easy parking and I liked the keypad feature. Laundry room was also a great feature! Cute decorations!!
Beds were not too comfortable, there were also two cockroaches 😂 I wish there was a broom to sweep up.

The property was amazing right on the boardwalk.
We didnt get check in information until 2 hours before we were suppose to check in. We asked how much to check in 2 hours early and it would have been an extra 125.00 that is insane.

Great value, great location, and overall a nice place just little bug and wifi problems
Great location, nice neighbors, communicative owner, good value, group friendly, and comfortable beds
Lots of bugs including cockroaches, ants, and waterbugs. Wifi barely worked the whole stay super weak signal
